All rights, title, and interest in and to Qirela (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Qirela and its licensors.
Qirela is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of market data, price information, or the availability of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qirela shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
