Account Deletion

We believe you should have full control over your data. If you wish to stop using Qirela and want your personal information removed from our systems, you can do so easily.

Method 1: Delete via the App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is from within the Qirela mobile app:

1. Open the Qirela App.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Tap on Account.
4. Select Delete Account at the bottom.
5. Confirm your choice. Your data will be removed immediately.

Method 2: Manual Deletion Request

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, you can request our team to manually delete your account and all associated data. Please provide your registered mobile number in your request.

What data will be deleted?

Upon account deletion, Qirela will permanently remove: Your profile information, shop details (if any), chat history, and personal identification data. Some transaction logs may be retained for a limited period if required by Nepal law for financial auditing.
